Confidence Coaching Session
A few hours ago, I finished up a coaching session with a contest winner from the poker forum Cardschat who was having some issues with confidence and tilt. Though as you’ll hear in the session, the tilt issues were caused by overconfidence, so my job was to isolate the causes of the confidence issues. They turned out to be things that are quite common among poker players, and the solutions I offered up are some of the central points that I make in the Confidence chapter of the book.
